Registration

  • You will receive a confirmation email that includes a QR code that will be used for registration at the Conference. Approximately 3-5 business days later, you will receive your hotel booking confirmation number from the host hotel.

  • For registration questions/issues, you can contact our event production team at reparations@decolonizingwealth.com.

  • To ensure we can accommodate all attendees, we ask that all registrations are completed by May 20th, 2023

  • The Conference registration fee is non-refundable. Email reparations@decolonizingwealth.com with questions.

  • Edits to your registration can be made within 24 hours on the Whova App which was linked in your registration confirmation email. For requests after that time, please reach out to reparations@decolonizingwealth.com.

Accommodations

  • During registration, you will have the opportunity to identify your accommodation needs.

    • The event location will be ADA-compliant.

    • Staff will be instructed to be aware of attendees who may need assistance and escorts.

    • Attendees will have access to a nursing lounge/lactation room if needed.

  • Two nights at our 4-star host hotel are included in your registration! The host hotel will be notified upon your registration, and you’ll receive your hotel booking confirmation in approximately 5 business days.

  • The recommended airport is Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta Airport (ATL), approximately 20 miles from Buckhead Atlanta.

General

  • The Conference will be held in Atlanta, Georgia.

  • We are expecting approximately 170- 200 attendees.

  • All attendees must register individually. Your invitation is NON-TRANSFERABLE; however, we encourage you to invite friends and colleagues within your network, particularly those you think will add value to the conference.

  • We want you to be comfortable during the Conference. We recommend a modern business casual/elevated casual, which could include jeans, t-shirts, etc.

    Remember to bring shoes for any mobile/outdoor activities you choose to participate in.

    On Thursday, June 8th, attendees will be invited to attend an indoor/outdoor dinner party with live music. Dress to dance!

    Atlanta weather in June averages between 80 and 90 degrees. We recommend layering to account for air-conditioned meeting rooms and event spaces.

  • Our team will be monitoring COVID-19 updates around the country and specifically to the Atlanta Metro area.

    We will be following all CDC guidelines and recommendations.

    In the event that the Conference is no longer safe for attendees, we will adjust as needed and notify all registrants of the next steps.

  • Following registration, we’ll send you email reminders and updates on the program, logistics, and more!

  • Ground transportation is the responsibility of attendees. The host hotel concierge can assist with bookings upon Conference departure.
